Katie Delahaye Paine is the CEO of PainePublishing. She is also the author of the recently released Measuring the Networked Non Profit written with Beth Kanter and Measure What Matters, Online Tools for Understanding Customers, Social Media, Engagement, and Key Relationships (Wiley, March 2011). She is also the publisher of the first blog and the first newsletter for marketing and communications professionals dedicated entirely to measurement and accountability. Katie was an initial founder of the Institute for Public Relations special commission on measurement and evaluation and is a Founding Fellow of the Society for New Communications Research. Katie Paine was named one of PR Week’s 2008 Power Players for her advocacy of PR measurement.
