    ” The Confidence and the Communication, the current magic words ” (valid for the world of the Defence also)

    The confidence of the subordinate gains in everyday life, the credibility of the leader gets lost in an instant “. ( Chinese Proverb). This judgment so full of sense for the subordinates of the Company, should be it for the leaders, quite particularly for the period of chaotic acceleration and of excitement which we know.

    The president, the director, even the general (woman or man) appointed, chosen or named, possesses the superior thinking waited to steer a vast structure and his staff. He was selected on criteria which distinguished him from his opponents having obtained the results expected by the superior or shareholders’ board of directors of moment. He practised the decision-making but also the risk-taking assumed during sometimes loyal fights, sometimes twisted on battlefields without borders. He also possesses, with relevance, the intelligence of situation which allows him to direct its strengths, to illuminate its target or to evade the fatal blow by an unexpected parade but especially to dig its furrow.

    In the world more felted by the public affairs advisers and the other mentors, the word confidence weighs heavy in the relation which is born, develops and takes shape at the contact of the authority, deepens in time.     Jacques Salomé writes in his declaration of man and woman rights in the communication: “… who heard and received as a refusal or a negation of his person the order of quite made ideas, a priori, violence of judgments or peremptory assertions forbidding the possible of an exchange, alienating or enclosing the opening at a passage and at a pooling! “.
